12 months warranty (calculated from the time the goods departure from seller's factory).
If there are product quality problems (non-human improper operation), the seller is responsible for providing technical support and solutions, and bears the repair, maintenance and accessories costs for product quality problems.
If the seller sends the wrong or missed product, the seller is responsible for providing it for free.
If the buyer has an objection to the quantity of the product, it must be submitted in writing within 20 days after the goods arrival, as to the damaged parts, a photo of the damaged goods in the container must be attached.
If it exceeds 20 days, it is not within the seller's responsibility.
Remark: After cargo arrives buyers site, and before building assembling, if buyer has not stored the cargo in right condition, and cause damage to the cargo, seller will not responsible to it;
